Calmness in the City

This session was built around a simple observation — the people who need stillness the most are usually the ones who have the least of it. Two hours on the rooftop: slow-flow yoga, pranayama breathing, and a guided visualisation to close. You'll leave with a few practices you can return to on your own, on any ordinary evening.
An Evening for the Overextended
This one's for the people who haven't stopped moving all week — not because they wanted a workout, but because sitting still felt harder than showing up.
Two hours on the rooftop, away from whatever the week has been.
How the Evening Unfolds
Aria opens with slow-flow yoga to unwind the body from the day, then moves into pranayama breathing before closing with a guided visualisation. Nothing is rushed and nothing is timed against you.
What Stays With You
You'll leave with a few practices simple enough to return to on your own — not just the memory of a good evening, but something to carry into an ordinary Tuesday.
