The Quiet Half-Day

This isn't a productivity workshop with a yoga label. It's four hours set aside for the kind of attention most of us rarely give ourselves. Drawing from yoga and meditation traditions, the morning moves through breath awareness, body scan practice, and light journaling — evidence-based techniques without the clinical distance. No prior experience needed.
Why Show Up?
Most days are filled before they even begin. Messages, decisions, deadlines, screens, and the quiet pressure to keep moving.
The Quiet Half-Day is a chance to step outside that rhythm. Come to slow down, reconnect with your body, and spend a few hours without anything asking you to perform.
You don't need experience with meditation or a specific goal. Just bring yourself.
What Happens When You Do?
We begin slowly, giving you time to arrive and settle into the space. Daniel will guide you through simple practices drawn from yoga and meditation, including breath awareness, a body scan, quiet observation, and journaling.
There is nothing to memorize and nothing to get right. The morning moves between guided practice and silence, giving your attention space to settle.
What You Might Leave With
You may leave feeling calmer, more present, or simply less mentally crowded. You might notice something about yourself that was difficult to hear in the noise of everyday life.
There is no breakthrough to chase and nothing to accomplish. For four hours, you simply get to slow down and be where you are.
