Breath is not a warm-up
Daniel's classes begin in stillness and stay close to it. He guides breath practices with precision — the ratio, the retention, the release — and then allows meditation to emerge from what the breath has prepared. He speaks sparingly. He believes the silence between instructions is as important as the instructions themselves.
