Liam Carter
Liam came to Restorative yoga during a period of burnout, and credits the practice with teaching him what rest actually means. He trained in New York and later completed specialist studies in nervous system regulation through yoga. His classes are unhurried to the point of being radical — bolsters, blankets, supported stillness, and a quality of quiet that people return to again and again.

Rest is not the absence of practice
Liam builds Restorative classes with the care of someone who knows how rarely people are truly allowed to stop. He sets up each posture with quiet attention, explains just enough, and then leaves the room to its own breathing. His voice, when he speaks, is low and unhurried.
