Lucas Moretti
Lucas came to yoga after years of competitive athletics, drawn in by what stillness could teach him that movement alone couldn't. He trained extensively in Vinyasa under teachers in Bali and Barcelona before settling in New York. His classes are fluid and demanding — sequences that change every session, music that moves alongside you, and an insistence that breath leads everything else.

Movement that earns its stillness
Lucas builds classes the way you'd build a good sentence — with intention at the start, momentum in the middle, and somewhere worth arriving. He doesn't repeat sequences. He reads the room. If the energy calls for more, he goes there. If it calls for quiet, he finds that too.
